Photography as a site of enquiry has quietly emerged again in my recent practice after being a secondary focus to other mediums for a number of years. The ‘Girls Like Dolls’ exhibition showcased six new photographic works that explore the lapse in time from a series created when I was younger, rephotographed in midlife, conceptually capturing the time that lapsed in between. As a medium that explores time and light as its primary vehicle these recent work explore not only subject matter but conceptually what photography can be. Framed and unframed prints from this series available in the STORE.
